模具注塑過(guò)程中產(chǎn)品缺膠

原因一:料溫,模溫太低
Reason 1: the material temperature and mold temperature are too low
改善對(duì)策:是提高,料管溫度和模具溫度。
Improvement measures: increase the temperature of the material pipe and the mold.
原因二:噴嘴,進(jìn)膠點(diǎn)尺寸太小。
Reason 2: the size of nozzle and glue inlet point is too small.
改善對(duì)策:適當(dāng)加大噴嘴及進(jìn)膠點(diǎn)。

(1)加工壓力過(guò)大、速度過(guò)快、充料愈多、注射、保壓時(shí)間過(guò)長(zhǎng),都會(huì)造成內(nèi)應(yīng)力過(guò)大而開裂。
(1) Too much processing pressure, too fast speed, more filling, and too long injection and pressure holding time will cause excessive internal stress and cracking.
(2)調(diào)節(jié)開模速度與壓力防止快速?gòu)?qiáng)拉制件造成脫模開裂。

(3)適當(dāng)調(diào)高模具溫度,使制件易于脫模,適當(dāng)調(diào)低料溫防止分解。

(4)預(yù)防由于熔接痕,塑料降解造成機(jī)械強(qiáng)度變低而出現(xiàn)開裂。

(5)適當(dāng)使用脫模劑,注意經(jīng)常消除模面附著的氣霧等物質(zhì)。
